Wisdom tooth removal is one of Dr Devine’s special interests and she is experienced in managing all types of wisdom tooth impaction, including wisdom teeth which are close to the inferior dental nerve and may require coronectomy or careful surgical removal with the aid of a CT scan.

Dr Maria Devine is highly skilled and experienced in surgical treatment to facilitate Orthodontics. This includes both removal and exposure of impacted and unerupted teeth to allow them to be aligned with the other teeth.

Surgery on the oral soft tissues can include removal of benign lumps and bumps and procedures to facilitate tooth alignment such as frenectomy (tongue tie or lip tie release).

Dr Maria Devine has completed additional postgraduate training in the placement of dental implants and surgery to aid implant placement such as sinus lifts.
